Optygate provides technology solutions including automation services, software development, IT infrastructure management, digital transformation consulting, and SEO services.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges and may result in suspension of services. We reserve the right to pursue collection of overdue amounts.
Refund policies will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, fees for completed work or services already rendered are non-refundable.
Our services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Optygate be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
